Do I need my own API key?
Yes. You'll need an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or another compatible provider. This means you pay for AI usage directly—no markup from us, and you're in control of your costs.
How do automatic updates work?
We rebuild from the latest OpenClaw source regularly. You choose how often your instance updates: 4 times daily (for early adopters), nightly (recommended for most users), or on-demand (you trigger updates manually).
Is my data private?
Yes. Each instance runs on its own isolated VM with dedicated storage. Your conversations stay on your instance. We don't access or log your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel through your dashboard whenever you want. Your instance will remain active until the end of your billing period.
